Another council meeting has come and gone with no answer on how the borough will handle the Zoning Ordinance violations that have been the crux of the meetings for 90+ days! It is hard to understand why there would be such uncertainty on how to address the violations.
Must one bring a printed copy of the ordinance to the meeting to point out each violation? Maybe a flowchart outlining the ordinances and IFTT (if-this-then-that) scenarios to help show a violation exists?
Council says they will have an answer by the next meeting. Time will tell if this is the case. Why wait until the next meeting? Why not get an answer sooner? After all, council has only been aware of the violation for 90+ days!
The next council meeting is scheduled for Tue. November 12, 2019 at 7:00 pm.
